Creek Bank Festival 2025 Rescheduled to May 24
Due to the inclement weather, this year’s Creek Bank Festival & Car Show has been rescheduled to our rain date of next Saturday, May 24, 2025. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in addition to the weather we have already received, the forecast is changing to extend well into today so we hope to see you next Saturday for a great festival and car show!

LEEDS AREA CHAMBER TO HOST 30TH ANNUAL CREEK BANK FESTIVAL – RESCHEDULED TO MAY 24

LEEDS, AL – Due to inclement weather, the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce has rescheduled its 30th Annual Creek Bank Festival to Saturday, May 24, from 10AM to 4PM at Leeds Memorial Park. This much-anticipated event promises a fun-filled day of food, music, vendors, and family-friendly entertainment—and now we get to enjoy it on our official rain date!
Vendor Village & Food Trucks
Dozens of vendors will be on hand offering handcrafted goods, local business showcases, mini-massages, nonprofit resources, and more. Food vendors will serve up a wide variety of tasty options, from classic Southern fare to international flavors—plus plenty of cool treats to beat the spring heat.
Live Entertainment
The entertainment lineup will kick off with Heath Green and Adam Guthrie, new to Creek Bank and ready to energize the crowd. Additional performances include singer/songwriter Lynnox Poe and fan favorite Terry Padgett with his Elvis tribute show. We’re also pleased to welcome Miss Leeds Area, Samantha Hennings, as part of this year’s festivities.

Celebrate 30 years of community fun with a commemorative Creek Bank Festival t-shirt! Quantities are limited, so be sure to stop by the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce booth early to grab yours. The t-shirt sponsor is State Farm Insurance – Wil Holmes.
Family Activities
- Balloon Art, sponsored by Mills Pharmacy, will wow kids with colorful creations. FREE.
- Face Painting, courtesy of The Shops of Grand River, turns faces into butterflies, superheroes, and more. FREE.
- Hotdog Eating Contest, sponsored by Stephen’s Hotdogs and More, invites brave participants to chow down for prizes. FREE.
- Hula Hoop Contest – sponsored by Bob Watkins Realty, fun for all ages with prizes and bragging rights on the line! FREE.
- Creek Bark Dog Pageant, sponsored by Mum & Me Mercantile LLC, is your pet’s chance to shine. FREE.
- Bounce houses will be $10/person for all day. Bounce till you drop for one low price!
- Pony rides will be $10/ride.
- Petting zoo will be $3/person.
Cruising the Creek Bank Car Show
The ever-popular car show returns, with proceeds benefiting Backpack Buddies and Leeds Outreach—two nonprofits doing amazing work in our community.
Leeds Historical Society Attractions
The Leeds Historical Society will host an interactive booth featuring a life-size stagecoach replica, educating visitors about the Ashville to Montevallo Stagecoach Route, an important part of Alabama’s early transportation history. Guests can snap photos with the stagecoach and learn about Leeds’ early development.
Just steps from the festival, the Bass House Museum at 1129 Montevallo Road will be open from 10AM to 4PM, showcasing local artifacts and stories of Leeds' earliest settlers. Volunteers will be on-site to lead brief tours and share insights.
